Program
The Salvation Army’s Adult Rehabilitation Program is structured into five levels. When a beneficiary successfully completes one level, he is promoted to the next. Some might advance through the levels at a faster pace than others. The typical full-term program will be approximately six to eight months in length. In addition, the ARC also offers a relapse prevention track.
The following program services are offered in the recovery process:
- Individual and Group Counseling
- Christian Education and Guidance
- Chemical Dependency Education
- Relapse Prevention Classes
- Recovery Celebration
- In-House Step Study
- Christian 12 Step Groups
- Anger Management Classes
- "Setting Captives Free" Classes
- Work Therapy (Every beneficiary is given a duty assignment within the operation and is required to work 8 hours a day, 5 days a week)
- Outside Churches
- GED Classes
- Sober Fun
- Recreational Activities
- Breathalyzing and Random Drug Screening
- Resume and Job Search Assistance

Upon successful completion of the program, the A.R.C. will continue to assist you in networking to obtain housing, to find a spiritual community for you, to connect you with aftercare groups and for assistance with your job search.
